On Saturday 21st March, Peaslake Village Hall is going to be filled with some fantastic music, singing and plenty of Gin and Tonics!

Ellie Quinn, who last performed in Peaslake as Maria in the award winning “Sound of Music”, is taking on a different challenge this year…. Running The London Marathon. She is doing all the training and hard preparation for one reason: To raise as much money as possible for a small, but very important charity called Brain Research UK. In 2019, Ellie’s baby nephew sadly died from a rare neurological condition called Vein of Galan syndrome. The charity funds vital work and research to try and find a cure for this and countless other brain conditions.  Ellie gained a place in the marathon through the charity and therefore needs to raise as much as possible.

Organised  by Ellie Quinn and Sarah Trotman

To do this, she and some fantastic friends including the rather brilliant Sarah Trotman, are organising an evening to celebrate some fantastic Local Voices and she would be hugely honoured for your support. It promises to be a wonderful evening with familiar and unfamiliar songs, a bar and local GIN! There may even be a chance to test your knowledge with some fun at the interval!

Take the opportunity to come and see professional performers in the heart of our community. All proceeds will go towards reaching Ellie’s fundraising goal, and in return you’ll have an evening to remember!

Tickets are on sale above.  The concert is going to be very laid-back Cabaret style evening seated around tables in groups of 8.  Guests can either book an entire table and share with friends or please book individual seats and will be put on a table with other jolly lovely people.

We will be providing a licensed cash bar and we are encouraging people to bring their own snacks and nibbles.
